Partner Connect Hub is a product of Martin Marine LLC.

This policy explains what data Partner Connect Hub, operated by Martin Marine LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Martin Marine LLC is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. We aim to collect the minimum needed to operate the Service.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password (or OAuth identifier).
• Workspace data: organization names, partner relationships, leads, payouts, audit log entries you create.
• Billing data: handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record); we store only customer and subscription identifiers.
• Technical data: IP address, user-agent, and request logs needed for security and debugging.

How we use it

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To send transactional email (auth, partner invites, lead status changes, payouts, billing).
• To detect and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your workspace data to train AI models.

Legal basis for processing

• Performance of a contract: account, workspace, and billing data needed to provide the Service.
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, debugging, and product improvement.
• Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests.
• Consent: optional marketing communications, where applicable.

Subprocessors

• Supabase — managed Postgres and authentication.
• Cloudflare — application hosting and CDN.
• Paddle — Merchant of Record for sale of subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and subscription management.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Data retention

We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation we delete it within 30 days unless retention is required by law. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@partnerconnecthub.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role-based permissions, row-level security, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@partnerconnecthub.com.

Security incidents

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware, to the extent required by applicable law.

Changes

We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
