Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Partner Connect Hub collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum needed to operate the Service.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, hashed password (or OAuth identifier).
- Workspace data: organization names, partner relationships, leads, payouts, audit log entries you create.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only customer and subscription identifiers.
- Technical data: IP address, user-agent, and request logs needed for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To provide and improve the Service.
- To send transactional email (auth, partner invites, lead status changes, payouts, billing).
- To detect and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your workspace data to train AI models.
Subprocessors
- Supabase — managed Postgres and authentication.
- Cloudflare — application hosting and CDN.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
Data retention
We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation we delete it within 30 days unless retention is required by law. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@partnerconnecthub.app and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role-based permissions, row-level security, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@partnerconnecthub.app.
Changes
We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
