Terms of Service

Partner Connect Hub is a product of Martin Marine LLC.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Partner Connect Hub (the "Service"), operated by Martin Marine LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Partner Connect Hub, provided by Martin Marine LLC, is a software platform that helps partner businesses track referral leads, qualification status, and payouts owed between organizations. We provide the platform; the commercial relationship between you and your partners is between you and them.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity in your workspace. Workspace owners are responsible for the actions of teammates and partners they invite.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
• No uploading of personal data you are not authorized to process.
• No interference with platform integrity, abuse of API rate limits, or scraping.
• No use of the Service to send unsolicited communications.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at the start of your next billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to lead, partner, and workspace data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Service for you.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, documentation, designs, logos, and branding, is owned by Martin Marine LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
