If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase of any paid plan.

How to request a refund

Our order process and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order, or contact our support team at support@partnerconnecthub.com and we will assist you.

Subscription renewals

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal to prevent future renewals. Refund eligibility for renewal charges is reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
